Kayla Auditions for feature film "El Nacional"

“EL NACIONAL” STORYLINE

An illegal immigrant must make an irreversible choice when he is falsely accused of murder. How far will he go to stay alive? More importantly, how far will he go to keep his family together? It wasn’t his fault, but it’s now his problem. “El Nacional” was partially developed at NALIP’s 2004 Producers Academy (http://www.nalip.org/) This 16mm Feature film will be filmed on location in Texas including Houston, San Antonio, and The Rio Grande Valley. The film will be shot in San Antonio, Austin, and Houston

Kayla will audition for the part of Monica Martinez (age 6). A very emotional child who is very vocal, loves to talk and is very mature for her age.

Kayla to be Appear in "School of Redemption" the Movie

Kayla will appear in the movie "School of Redemption" to begin shooting in Austin, May of 2008. Marketing Dynamics has been working with T4 Pictures to assist with advising on the marketing and development of this fantastic family screen play. The script recently received a 5 Dove Award rating from the Dove Foundation and other recogntions by La Gloria Film Festival and Kids First Film Festival. Kayla almosted fainted when told about her inclusion in the movie.

Angels Singing - Kayla's Musical Debut at Treasure Island

Kayla enjoys the spotlight at Treasure Island. She wrote a song "Angels Singing" and was asked to sing it to the class. She was so excited, practicing all week and enjoyed having the crowd sing along. Many wanted her autograph afterwards.

Fast and fierce. Kayla enjoys a range of activities from ballet, karate, bike riding, acting, singing, and dancing. She is now training for blue belt, Go Kan Ryu.

Kayla and Cristina Terrill from Great Day Houston

Kayla is the "unofficial" President of the Cristina Terrill fan club. They have been friends for many years and Kayla had a chance to see her before school starts at the Great Day Houston studio. Kayla got to see what a "live" studio shoot was all about. It is important for young girls to have great role models. Thank you Cristina for being one!

In roughly 8 months, Kayla's rendition of this popular song gets over 93,000 downloads and over 300 raving reviews. She loves the attention and her fans. She recently got noticed by http://www.fox11.com/ in LA, who now wants to profile her on the "Hannah Montana" phenomenon. Of course, she just loves the attention.

Chantilly Lace - The Big Bopper Movie

Kayla demonstrates her love of music. Marketing Dynamics (Kayla's dad) is working on the movie of The Big Bopper - "The Day the Music Died" (http://www.bigboppermovie.com/). Her dad spent the weekend reading the script and reviewing the story and when she saw the Big Bopper singing "Chantilly Lace" debut on Dick Clark, she had to learn the words and couldn't stop singing it!
