Kayla's Sister Kenna Takes Up Acting
Kenna (6) has started to follow in her sister's footsteps. Kenna was recently asked if she was interested in acting by her parents. She told them, "Well maybe when I turn 7". Two weeks later, she received a casting call audition by default. "Default" meaning that her sister was too old for the part that was being inquired about. The casting team was looking for a 6-year old girl.
Her parents asked Kenna if she wanted to audition and she said "Yes". Kenna auditioned with an up and coming producer who had just completed "The Open Road" starring Justin Timberlake and Jeff Bridges. So, her first gig was truly remarkable.
Kenna will be taking her first acting class with Brock/Allen Casting this weekend in Austin.
