Kayla Sings "Crazier" at Fundraiser for Champion's Kids Camp

Kayla enjoys the opportunity to volunteer for great causes. She was invited to sing at a live performance by the founders of Champion's Kids Camp, Bill and Kim Nash of Nash 3.

Kayla enjoyed the opportunity to come on stage and sing "These Boots Were Made for Walkin'" with country singer/song writer Kim Nash. Kayla did not not know, that Kim used to sing this song at a very young age and had become one of her signature songs at her early performances. Hope you enjoy this special moment.

A live concert benefitting Champions Kids Camp was held at Pappa's Ice House in Spring this summber. Kayla was invited to come sing a few songs on-stage at the Nash's show.

Kenna to Appear in "Haley's Angel"



Kayla's sister Kenna (7)will appear in a movie short directed by Israel Marquez called "Haley's Angel". The short film raising awareness for child abuse. Kayla will also appear as an extra in the story.

New "El Nacional" Movie Trailer

Kayla appears in the new trailer for the movie "El Nacional' currently in post-production. The film deals with the controversial issue of immigration and is set to hit the big screens soon. This feature film is directed and stars Baldemar Rodriguez.

Other lead actors featured are Shaina Sandoval, Jeremy Bacerra and Daniella Jimenez.

Kayla had the opportunity to meet La Tavia at a recent field day at her school 5.13.10. Kayla has gotten interested in singing and told La Tavia that she would love to sing with her one day on "American Idol".

Mother's Day Celebration, Kayla Sings "Anyway" by Martina McBride

Kayla was invited to sing at her church for all three services in a special Mother's Day celebration. She along with other children treated their audiences to a time of sharing their prospective talents. Kayla sang this song in the third service to over 100 children and their mothers. Kayla wanted to sing a song that inpsired her, "Anyway" originally sung by country star Martina McBride.
