Book Recommendation: Penny Lee and Her TV

Kayla enjoyed this book. Penny Lee loves to watch TV and her dog doesn't want her to watch TV because Penny Lee doesn't pay attention to it. When the TV goes out, the dog is happy for the extra attention. Lesson learned, it is better to go outside and play then watch TV all day.
